Cash Transfer Project
Implementing agency: Fouadi Foundation.
International partner: UNICEF.
Location: Aleppo city
- The report gives a full view of cash-assistance distribution to families and children, closely following payment receipt rates and flagging pending cases to ensure transparency. It also tracks household characteristics in detail, such as female-headed households, and records the number of field visits per family to verify that support reaches those entitled to it.
- The report analyzes the distribution of assistance and beneficiaries by neighborhood and displacement status (such as returnees of more than 3 years, displaced, or resident). This lets decision-makers measure how fairly resources are distributed across geographic levels and target interventions to the areas and neighborhoods with the greatest need.
- The report focuses on children by assessing social and gender distribution, with emphasis on the most vulnerable groups such as children with disabilities. It also follows the availability of children's legal documents and their education status (enrolled versus not enrolled), making it easier to design support and early-intervention programs that protect children's rights and provide a suitable learning environment.
- The report provides full tracking of field referrals across sectors (health, education, protection, nutrition, and livelihoods). It measures actual service completion rates (such as service received, on waiting list, service not received, or access not possible) to evaluate the performance of hospitals and service providers and identify operational gaps.
- The report identifies the reasons beneficiaries do not receive services (whether personal reasons or reasons related to the quality of the service provided). It gives decision-makers interactive, comprehensive filters (by neighborhood, sector, beneficiary type, or time period) to address challenges quickly and redirect funding and operational plans toward urgent priorities.
